The TOB Atlantic Coast Championship for Marching Bands
will be held at Delaware State University Stadium, located off of Route 13, Dover, DE.  Due to a University football conflict this year, the  Group 1 ACC Group and Invitational Championship will be held on Saturday morning at Dover HS which is nearby the University.  Group 3 on Saturday will be at the University as will be Group  2/4 contests on Sunday.
