- The TOB All-Chapter Concert,
Impact & Jazz Ensemble
Championships have been developed to augment instrumental programs of Tournament
members by providing a high quality spring performance opportunity that carries
Championship honors. Adjudicators for the Instrumental Championship come from various levels of education
from around the country.
- It is provided as an affordable event by itself or as a
way to incorporate an extension to or from the Tournament Instrumental
Championships and
the Tournament Indoor Championships. Member units may register for either or both (units
must complete Tournament Indoor requirements before they can participate in the Indoor
Championship). There are no requirements beyond TOB membership for
the Instrumental areas.
- All Instrumental and Choral events are held at the Middle
Township Performing Arts Center. This is a state-of-the-art facility, conveniently located
in Cape May near Wildwood, that simply put, is acoustically superior.

Bugosh, Music Supervisor, Cumberland Valley School District, Chief
Master Sgt. Edward Teleky, USAF Band Drum Major, serve as primary adjudicators
and clinicians.
