TOB OPEN FINALISTS 

The TOB Open Championship for Marching Bands will not be held this year due to stadium conflicts.  The Congress approved an increase in the number of Invitational groups to compensate for this event.

Following the completion of all the Chapter Championships on Sunday, November 4th competitors will be provided a performance time.  As mentioned above, there will not be an Open Championship this year due to a stadium conflict.  The Congress approved an increase in the number of Invitational groups to compensate for this event.
